There are any numbers of reasons for buying a propane grill. One of the best reasons is the ease of cleaning one. They burn a clean burning fuel so most of them clean up with a stiff brush applied to the grills. It’s easier to clean the grill when still hot rather than after the food has become dried when it is harder to remove.

Think about how long it took you to clean up your charcoal grill. First, you had to sit around and wait for the food to dry onto the grills because it is too hot to remove the hot coals. Whatever you do, never put hot coals in normal trash or you might start a fire or worse, burn your house down.

Once you got the coals out, cleaning a charcoal grill is a nightmare. They simply don’t clean well. Eventually, everything has gotten so built up that cleaning it is no longer even possible and you have to replace it. Again.

The heat is distributed evenly with a gas grill because it doesn’t depend on a mound of coals to get started. Push a button, light the gas, and watch the flames burst into view throughout the grill; evenly throughout the grill. That assures you that your food will be cooked evenly. All the medium rares will actually be medium rare, not almost ready or too done.

You don’t have to buy coals and lighter fluid to get it to catch. How many times did the flames shoot up so high it almost got you. Scary times, huh? That won’t happen with a propane grill if you follow the simple directions.

What you do have to do is purchase the propane tank once it runs out. If you have a leak detector, you will not only know if you have a leak, but you will also know if you have plenty of propane in the tank for your family outing.

You don’t have to buy a new tank. All you have to do is trade your tank in and pick up another one. In order to prevent that, a lot of people go ahead and buy a second tank for a spare.
